As a permanent-intermittent position, the incumbent may not exceed working 1,500 hours in a calendar year. Permanent-intermittent (PI) employees are eligible to receive benefits after meeting the required work hour criteria and do receive holiday pay on a pro-rated basis. The scheduled work hours for this position is a minimum of 28-32 hours per week, with 8 hours a day in the office.

DWR’s Division of Engineering (DOE), Program Control Section is looking for an analyst with a can-do attitude to join its team! Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, and in accordance with Government Codes, State laws and Department policies and procedures, the position provides analytical support of financial, project and resource management activities related to DOE programs and projects. The position is DOE’s coordinator for response to Public Records Act request, DOE’s Safety Office analyst, as well as financial analysis for the department-wide State Contract Act - Public Works contracts (SCA-PW) and Architectural & Engineering (A&E) contracts. This position is responsible for the annual preparation of the Chapter 11, Engineering, Construction, and Real Estate, of the yearly Bulletin 132 report. https://water.ca.gov/Programs/State-Water-Project/Management/Bulletin-132
