Description
Supply chain intern is responsible for assisting the current supply chain team in various aspects of the supply chain process including but not limited to procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with logistics projects, optimizing freight, distribution, and inventory processes.
- Support vendor performance reporting by gathering, analyzing, and visualizing key supply chain data.
- Manage and clean supply chain data to ensure accuracy and integrity within our ERP system.
- Work with APIs and custom integrations to streamline data exchange between vendors, logistics partners, and our cloud-based ERP.
- Assist in automating and improving existing reporting tools and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, warehouse operations, and IT, to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
- Understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and vendor management.
- Exposure to APIs, data integrations, or ERP systems (experience with SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle Cloud is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
