Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced foreman to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Supervisor will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the construction site, coordinating with team members, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This position requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and proficiency in various construction management tools.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers on-site.
• Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Utilize construction management software, including Primavera, for project planning and tracking.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety standards (OSHA compliance).
• Prepare and review schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
• Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for projects, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients regarding project status and requirements.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process to maintain workflow.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management or as a Supervisor in a similar role.
• Proficiency in construction estimating and project scheduling techniques.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices on construction sites.
• Familiarity with budgeting processes related to construction projects.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time
