General Summary
Under direction, implement, support, tune, monitor, and document enterprise-wide desktop computing environments.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Engineer and document enterprise endpoint processes encompassing a device's full lifecycle (procurement, deployment, active usage, retirement).
- Configure (Configuration Manager, Group Policy, Intune, Jamf), secure (BitLocker), and troubleshoot University computing environments, including physical devices (Dell, Microsoft) and virtual instances (Azure Virtual Desktop).
- Incorporate scripting technologies (PowerShell, Zsh) to automate repetitive tasks.
- Generate endpoint demographic reports for executive leadership as needed.
- Maintain the server and endpoint software accomplishing the above.
- Provide tertiary end-user support in conjunction with staff from support tiers one and two.

The anticipated hiring range for this position is : $74,367.00 to $80,000.00 annually. The salary range provided in this posting reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered or earned is dependent on experience, education and other factors including departmental budget.
