Overview
DePaul's Clinton Avenue Apartments, a Single-Site Supportive Housing Program, is now hiring a full-time Housing Specialist! The Housing Specialist is responsible for the oversight of clients enrolled in the Supported Housing portion of the SP SRO housing.

Responsibilities
DIRECT SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES:
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend county SPOA meetings as part of DePaul’s intake team to help with admission decisions.
- Assess referrals to determine if SP SRO is an appropriate level of care for individuals.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of mental health and/or specials needs population experience (per site needs).
Experience: One year working in human services field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other: Valid New York State driver’s license. Must meet qualifications set by agency’s clean driver record policy. Use of personal vehicle required.
Work Environment
Clinton Avenue Apartments, a Single-Site Supportive Housing Program, is a New York State Office of Mental Health funded program that provides 40 units of long-term or permanent housing where residents can access the support services they require to live successfully in the community. The apartments are operated by Home Leasing and DePaul provides supportive housing services for tenants.
This position is Monday-Friday!
