DePaula Chevrolet is looking for an ambitious, outgoing professional to schedule appointments for our sales department. This is a full time position that involves scheduling appointments using the phone and email.
Required hours are: Tuesday 10am-7pm, Wednesday 10am-7pm, Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 8am-5pm, Sunday and Monday OFF

Responsibilities:
- Handle all inbound phone appointments and inquiries
- Make outbound calls to inform customers of vehicle upgrade options
- Work with internet leads to set a proper appointment
- Follow-up with customers to improve customer experience
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be comfortable speaking on the phone and have a good phone presence
- Ability to learn new software
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
