What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Lane Support position at DePaula Ford?
DePaula Ford is looking for self-motivated individuals to work in our service lane assisting incoming service customers.
This is a full time position with a work week of Monday - Friday from 8AM to 5PM and has a starting pay rate of $17/hr.

Job Duties:
- Greet customers as they enter the service lane
- Direct/escort customers to the appropriate service advisor
- Move vehicles from the lane to the lot or specific technician bay
- Maintain a clean and organized service drive
- Provide support to service personnel and technicians as needed
- Shuttle customers to their home or workplace as needed
Requirements:
- Must have a clean and valid NYS drivers license - candidates must provide a DMV drivers’ abstract prior to employment
- Ability to operate both automatic & manual transmissions is preferred
- Must be a team player
- Must be able and willing to work on their feet for an extended period of time
- Must be organized and independent
