Responsibilities:
- Handling and responding to all phone calls/leads for service department
- Work with internet leads to set a proper service appointment
- Deliver inquiries and messages to service personnel
- Assist with all service inquiries and issues
Requirements:
- Must be flexible with schedule
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Organizational Skills
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
