Job Description
Depco Pump Company, a well established, growing pump distributor is looking for a hands on Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pump assembly and repair shop in our recently expanded assembly/fabrication building.
Duties will include:
Overseeing all aspects of a pump assembly and repair shop including managing a team of technicians, diagnosing pump issues, assigning assembly and repair tasks, ensuring quality control, maintaining inventory, coordinating with customers, and ensuring the shop operates efficiently and safely.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A strong technical knowledge of pumps and motors, excellent leadership skills and proficiency in managing assembly and repair operations.
Great schedule - Monday to Friday - No nights, weekends or holidays.
