Job Summary

Well established Pump distributor is seeking a hands-on experienced Warehouse Lead to actively support daily operations at our Clearwater, FL warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and logistics, and demonstrate the ability to lead effectively while being deeply involved in day-to-day tasks. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient workflow, inventory control, and maintaining safety standards within the warehouse.

Duties

• Working hands-on, side by side with warehouse staff.
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Ensure all work is carried out in a timely manner and in accordance with company standards and safety protocols.
• Ensuring inventory accuracy in counts and proper documentation of stock movements.
• Facilitate communication between various departments to streamline operations.
• Assist the Warehouse Manager in scheduling and resource allocations.
  
  

Experience

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role .
• Familiarity with third-party logistics (3PL) operations is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes, along with inventory control practices.
• Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for efficient operations as well as Microsoft Word and Excel.
