Field Engineer Intern - Summer 2025

Your Job DEPCOM Power is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Engineer Intern to join our team.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of engineering within the renewable energy sector.

As a Field Engineer Intern, you will work closely with experienced engineers and project managers to support the construction and maintenance of solar power plants. This role will help support the construction of solar power plants and the identified candidate must be flexible to spend the summer onsite at the project.

Anticipated locations include Maryland, Ohio, New Mexico, and Virginia. What You Will Do

• Assist in the execution of solar power plant projects.
• Conduct site assessments and surveys to gather data for project planning.
• Support the preparation of technical reports, drawings, and documentation.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize project performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• Currently pursing a degree in Engineering or technical study (i.e.

Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management or related field).
