Duties:

Report to your shift on time and ready to work daily.

Maintain a full lawn maintenance route to our residential and small commercial properties.

Maintain full landscape services on residential and small commercial properties when needed (IE. Mulching, pulling weed’s, trimming hedges, pruning trees, planting and removal of flower, shrub, and small trees.)

Preform spring and fall clean ups!

Provide customer with the highest level of customer services.

Preform professional quality services.

Train new crewmembers on how to properly use equipment, quality expectations, route, and customer relations.

Requirements:

• Physically fit, ability to lift and carry 50 to 75 pounds. This is a physical laboring job so you must be prepared for outdoor labor work.
• A hard worker, self driven, and most importantly, highly dependable and reliable.
• Valid Michigan Drivers License or ability to obtain one within one year (Chauffeur License Preferred)
• Must have a clean MVR with NO DUI’S!
• Must know how to drive a truck with trailer or willingness and ability to learn within one year!
• Prefer you to have a minimum experience of one year or ability to be a fast learner.
• Must have knowledge of how to properly run commercial grade lawn, & snow removal equipment or be a fast learner!
• Must have knowledge of how to properly preform weekly lawn maintenance on residential small commercial properties or be a fast learner!

Salary:

At Dependable Gardener our employees are paid on a production performance and experience scale. Simple breakdown minimum production minimum effort minimum experience receives a minimum pay of $10 per hour. Maximum production, maximum effort, maximum experience you make as much as $60 per hour. average most employees range between $50-$30 per hour.

** Knowledge of the industry knowledge of the tools and knowledge of how to efficiency perform the job can be taught and comes with experience. A strong and good work ethic cannot be taught, but should be recognized and duplicated by coworkers. Dependable Gardener we believe a good work ethic should be rewarded. So we pay our employees in accordance with their work ethic, effort and production. This means that a harder working employee can very easily make more than the more experienced employee**

*ALL Employers first day will be a paid experience evaluation day and then on a 30 day probation period.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.48 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
