Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to support business and recruitment goals.
- Create and manage compelling content tailored to various platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and reviews professionally and promptly.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaigns and enhance engagement.
- Stay informed on social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our digital presence.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns and promotions.
- Engage with followers, influencers, and the online community to strengthen brand reputation and encourage participation.
- Provide performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong recruiting experience and ability to build brand awareness for talent acquisition.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging, platform-specific content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
