Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Perform in-home health assessments and develop tailored care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care.
- Educate patients and families on maintaining health and independence.
- Monitor progress and update care plans as needed.
- Supervise LPNs and Home Health Aides.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to ensure comprehensive care.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensing: Active RN license in Arizona.
- Experience: At least 1 year as an RN (home health, hospice, or critical care preferred).
- New Grads Welcome: Ambassador program available for new graduates.
- Certifications: CPR certification and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
