Your Role:
As a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll play a vital role in patients’ recovery, helping them regain essential speech and language abilities. By collaborating with healthcare professionals, you’ll ensure that each patient receives the highest quality, holistic care.
What You'll Do:
- In-Home Assessments: Conduct assessments in the patient’s home and tailor your approach to address their specific needs.
- Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment plans to target speech and language goals.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Use specialized techniques and tools to guide progress in speech and language.
- Team Collaboration: Work with referring physicians and the healthcare team to build a coordinated care plan.

What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
- Licensure: Active Arizona SLP license with at least one year of clinical experience.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.
- Certification: Current CPR certification.
- Transportation: Reliable, insured vehicle for home visits.
