Key Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations to assess each patient's home care needs.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: Minimum one year of experience in home health care; proficiency in OASIS documentation preferred.
- Transportation: Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Certifications: Current CPR certification and Arizona Fingerprint Card.
- Language Skills: Bilingual or conversational Spanish skills preferred.
Education Requirements
- Degree: Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher.
