Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining professionalism.
- Assist with clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation. Up load documentation to EMR system.
- Make copies.
- Maintain organized office systems, ensuring all documents are easily accessible.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software is desirable.
