Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a CNA, you will provide essential care and support to patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Your responsibilities include:
- Personal Care Assistance – Help with bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, and toileting.
- Meal Preparation – Support proper nutrition by preparing and serving meals.
- Vital Sign Monitoring – Record and report changes in health conditions.
- Mobility & Exercise Support – Assist with walking, transfers, and physical activity.
- Medication Reminders – Ensure patients stay on track with self-administered medications.
- Care Team Collaboration – Work closely with RNs, therapists, and family members to deliver comprehensive care.
What You Need:
- Age Requirement – Must be 18 or older.
- License – Active Nevada CNA license.
- Transportation – Valid Nevada driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Certifications – Current CPR certification and TB clearance (assistance available if needed).
- Legal Status – U.S. citizen or proof of legal work authorization.
- Background Check – Must pass all required screenings.
- Language Skills – Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is a plus!
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Successful completion of CNA training required for Nevada certification.
