What You’ll Do
Lead Clinical Operations – Oversee day-to-day care delivery to ensure the highest standards
Inspire & Mentor – Coach your team, drive professional growth, and lead by example
Ensure Compliance & Excellence – Maintain state, federal, and agency care standards
Streamline Documentation – Utilize AI assistant Roger on mobile for smarter, faster charting
Collaborate Across Disciplines – Work closely with physicians, therapists, and families
Drive Results – Manage goals, budgets, and performance to deliver impactful outcomes
Be a Resource – Support patients and families through every step of their care journey
What You Bring
Current RN license (Nevada, in good standing)
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in home health
Deep understanding of home health regulations and best practices
Exceptional communication, organization, and team-building skills
