We're seeking compassionate, ethical, and self-motivated Nevada-licensed Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team and make a meaningful impact in Las Vegas, NV.
About the Role As a CNA at Dependable Health Services, you’ll help people with personal care tasks they can no longer do effectively on their own. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal care tasks like bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and toileting.
- Planning and preparing nutritious meals.
- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Assisting with ambulation and exercise.
- Helping with self-administration of medication.
- Collaborating closely with RNs, therapists, and family members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
- Age: Be at least 18 years old.
- Licensing: Have a current Nevada State Board of Nursing Certified Nursing Assistant License.
- Driving: Possess a current valid Nevada Class D Driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- Certifications: Have a current CPR Certification and a TB clearance health card that meets federal/state requirements or ability to obtain.
- Legal Status: Be a U.S. citizen or have proof of legal work status.
- Background: Ability to successfully pass background checks.
- Language Skills: Bilingual and/or conversational Spanish language ability is a plus!
Education
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Successful completion of college/training required for Nevada CNA license.
