Your Role & Responsibilities:

✅ Patient & Family Education – Guide patients and caregivers on recovery strategies
✅ Collaborative Care – Work alongside physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
✅ Accurate Documentation – Keep detailed clinical records and update care plans

What You Need to Join Us:
Active Physical Therapist (PT) License – Valid in Nevada
Home Health Experience – Required
Strong Communication Skills – Ability to connect with patients, families, and care teams
Reliable Transportation – Valid Nevada driver’s license & a dependable personal vehicle
Team-Oriented Mindset – Ability to work independently while collaborating within a care team
