What You’ll Do
Comprehensive Patient Care – Perform in-home assessments and create personalized care plans.
Medical Management – Administer medications, wound care, and prescribed treatments.
Patient & Family Education – Provide clear guidance on health conditions, treatments, and medications.
Team Collaboration – Work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
Ongoing Monitoring – Track patient progress, adjust care plans as needed, and maintain accurate records.
What You Bring
- Education : Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- License : Active RN license in Nevada.
- Experience : Home health experience required .
- Certification : Current BLS certification.
- Skills : Strong problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking abilities.
- Technology : Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records.
