Dependable Health Services of Tucson is seeking an experienced Home Health Account Executive/Liaison to join our team. Position function and responsibilities:
- Directs all daily marketing operations.
- Establishment and implementation of marketing/sales initiatives.
- Continuously conducts market assessments and develops a comprehensive marketing plan.
- Provides expertise in strategic planning, identifying opportunities for additional or improved services.
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources.
- Community outreach efforts to ensure Agency is known as a high-quality provider of services.
- Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of the local market conditions.
- Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
- An associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred, but proven success may substitute for education.
- At least one (1) year of experience in Home Health, Hospice, or Healthcare marketing, in the Tucson area is required.
- Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, creativity and flexibility in performing job responsibilities.
