Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 with Bonus Potential

Dependable Health Services of Tucson is seeking an experienced Hospice Account Executive/Liaison to join our team. If you have exceptional marketing skills and a proven track record in developing loyal referral sources but feel underappreciated in your current role, we want to talk to you! Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all daily marketing operations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Establish and implement effective marketing and sales initiatives to grow our referral network.
- Conduct continuous market assessments and develop a comprehensive marketing plan tailored to local needs.
- Provide expertise in strategic planning and identify opportunities for improved services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with referral sources and healthcare providers.
- Engage in community outreach to position our agency as a high-quality provider of hospice services.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as necessary.
Qualifications:
- An associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; however, proven success in the field can substitute for formal education.
- At least one (1) year of experience in Home Health, Hospice, or Healthcare marketing, preferably in the Tucson area.
- Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, creativity, and flexibility in job responsibilities.
