What You'll Do:✨ Clinical Leadership: Work alongside the Hospice Clinical Manager to assess, guide, and support nursing care to ensure the highest standards of care for our patients.✨ Smooth Systems: Help create a seamless patient care experience that ensures optimal outcomes.✨ Operational Mastermind: Manage staffing, scheduling, resources, and communication to maintain a smooth and effective care unit.✨ Collaborative Growth: Work with a talented team to reach clinical and operational goals that promote continuous improvement.✨ Inspire and Develop: Be a mentor! Guide, educate, and evaluate our incredible team of caregivers to ensure they thrive.
What You Bring to the Table:✅ Experience: At least 2 years of nursing experience (preferably in hospice or palliative care) and 1 years in a leadership role.✅ Knowledge: Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and hospice care regulations is a plus.✅ Communication: You're an expert communicator who builds strong relationships with patients, families, and team members.✅ Independence: You thrive in an environment where you can work independently and manage your schedule.✅ Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using electronic health records and other technology to enhance patient care.✅ Compassion: Your empathetic nature fosters trust and comfort with everyone you work with.
