What You’ll Do:
As our Quality Analyst Coordinator, you’ll be the cornerstone of our commitment to excellence. You’ll audit, analyze, and recommend enhancements that ensure our services not only meet but exceed regulatory standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and Audit: Conduct thorough audits to assess performance, compliance, and transparency. Present insights at Monthly Leadership Meetings.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Use reports, outcome scores, and metrics to uncover patterns and flag areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Drive Process Improvement: Recommend and implement meaningful changes to boost quality, efficiency, and results.
- Ensure Compliance: Monitor adherence to industry regulations and internal quality standards.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work cross-functionally with intake, clinical, billing, and payor teams to align on quality goals.
- Report with Purpose: Track and present key metrics including missed visits, time from intake to admission, TIOC, rehospitalizations, and more.
- Feedback and Coaching: Deliver constructive insights to help teams continuously improve.
- Innovate with IT: Partner with the tech team to optimize application use and improve visibility into quality metrics.
