Lawn Care

Overview: Dependable Land and Lawn is seeking dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for landscaping and a strong understanding of lawn maintenance practices. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, commercial lawn equipment, and performing a range of tasks to ensure the health and beauty of our clients' landscapes. Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, trimming and blowing to maintain healthy lawns.
• Utilize power tools and equipment for landscape maintenance, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols.
• Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and removal when necessary.
• Execute snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients.
• Digging and preparing soil for new plantings or landscape features.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and basic mechanical upkeep.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their lawn care needs and provide recommendations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Proficient in the use of mowers and other tools related to landscaping tasks.
• Knowledge of tree care practices is a plus.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• A valid driver’s license may be required depending on job duties.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to lawn care and landscaping.

Pay: $45,760.00 - $62,400.00 per year
