Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and achieving their goals.
- Provide companionship and build strong, trusting relationships.
- Document care provided and report changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate team members.
- Adhere to all company policies and standards for quality care.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid fingerprint clearance card.
- Reliable transportation to client locations across Maricopa County.
- Experience as a caregiver or DCW preferred, but not required—we offer training!
