What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Medical Social Worker in Arizona (in good standing)
Master’s degree in Social Work or a Bachelor's degree (acceptable with mentorship)
At least one year of supervised post-certification experience in a healthcare setting
Prior home health experience is a plus
