What You’ll Do
Patient Care
- Deliver speech and language therapy to patients in their homes.
- Create personalized treatment plans to improve communication and quality of life.
- Educate patients and families on supportive techniques.
Collaboration
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional care.
- Maintain accurate records and manage charting effectively.
Qualifications
- Licensing & Certification: Current Arizona Speech Therapist license and certification.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in home health (preferred, but training available).
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with tablets and EMR software.
- Reliable Transportation: Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
