Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN Opportunities

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and implement personalized care plans.

Requirements:
- Active Arizona RN License
- Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation
- Current CPR/BLS Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- TB & Fingerprint Clearance (assistance provided)
- Home Health Experience (including OASIS) Required
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
