Position Overview
As an RN or LPN, you’ll deliver high-quality, personalized care in clients' homes. Join a collaborative and supportive team where your expertise makes a difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients.
- Conduct assessments and follow personalized care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor client health.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to support positive client outcomes.
Qualifications
- Active RN/LPN License (Arizona or Compact).
- Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
- BLS Certification (in-person course required).
- Current TB Test and health clearance.
- Fingerprint Clearance Card (required by the State of Arizona).
- Article 9 Training Course (we’ll schedule this for you!).
