Position Overview:
As a Rn OR LPN with Dependable Nurses, Inc., you’ll play an essential role in delivering personalized, high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care and companionship to clients.
- Conduct patient assessments and follow the plan of care.
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions.
- Communicate warmly and effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Accurately document care in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve positive patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- AZ (or compact) Nursing License
- Valid Class D Driver's License
- Current BLS Certification
- Current TB test or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by AZDPS
- Article 9 Training
