We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, taking messages when necessary.
- Maintain an organized front desk and reception area.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings, technician dispatch.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Utilize Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks including document creation and email correspondence.
- Support office management functions by ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
- Provide assistance as needed to other team members to enhance productivity.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a clerical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Teamup Calender and Quickbooks Online is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in computer literacy with experience using Google or Microsoft Suite applications.
