We currently have an opening for a part time Customer Service Representative. Familiarity with the HVAC and Plumbing service industry will be beneficial for understanding the business and communicating effectively with customers and technicians. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions related to plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) services. This position will provide backup support to our customer service team and will require evening and weekend availability.
Pay Rate: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
Work Hours: Hybrid position: 20-30 hours per week. Week days, Weeknights, Weekends as well as some holidays (flexibility required)
Work Location: This opportunity is a hybrid position requiring initial on-site training. After training is completed, time will be split between being in the office and remote from home. You will be required to attend company meetings and be onsite for additional training, when necessary.

- Answer incoming calls and address after hours emergencies
- Provide information about available products and services
- Resolve customer concerns
- Dispatch Technicians for afterhours calls
- Setting up and scheduling service calls according to company policies
- Outbound call campaigns to customers for scheduling
- Maintain and promote positive image of Company
- Maintains customer accounts
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Plumbing and/or HVAC industry knowledge is a PLUS
- Aggressive self-starter
- Able to multi-task and answer a multi-line phone system
- Strong customer service skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
