Pay Rate : $24 - $28 per Hour / Dependent on Experience

Hours : M-F 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm

Position Summary : A Staff Account's duties include supporting department operations, compiling financial reports based on financial statements and auditing policies and procedures for financial reporting. Other duties will include, but not be limited to :

Responsible for timely, accurate and efficient accounting close on a monthly basis.

Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

Ensure accuracy of the physical inventory and reported results. Investigate and explain book to physical adjustments.

Assist the Controller with preparation and completion of the fiscal year budgeting process, evaluates business unit performance against budget and develops forecasts / reforecasts to provide an accurate projection of financial performance.

Reporting of operational data to key members of leadership team.

Qualifications :

5 years in accounting with progressively increasing responsibility or general accounting experience

Proficient in accounting software, preferable QuickBooks and Excel

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Detail-oriented, organized

Energetic personality

Salary : $24 - $28
