Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 continuous months of relevant experience within the last 3 years
- Required licenses, permits, and/or certifications as LPCC
- Proficiency in English language for effective communication with corrections department
- Proficient in conducting mental status exams (MSE) and suicide risk assessments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Conducting initial mental health evaluations and crisis interventions
- Providing individual and group therapy sessions
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and correctional institutional healthcare personnel
- Ensuring documentation accuracy and adherence to standards
- Participating in IDTT meetings and new program implementations
