Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will support our clients in their homes by assisting with patient care tasks, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. Your empathy and attention to detail will be crucial in helping us maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both patients and their families. Current available schedules include working 10pm- 10am, Thursday- Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily patient care activities including ADL's, bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Light housekeeping, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Support client's emotional well-being through compassionate interaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding changes in patient's condition or concerns.
- Accompany client as needed on outings such as doctor appointments and grocery shopping.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current AZ DPS Fingerprint clearance card.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year caregiver or nursing assistant experience in a healthcare facility.
