Clinical Hospital Staff Pharmacist
We are currently recruiting experienced Pharmacists for 7on/7off, 13 week Tribe and I.H.S opportunities in Northern Arizona.
Qualified candidates will have recent inpatient experience with a minimum of 1 year pharmacist experience, a current TB screen, proof of immunizations or titers and TDAP immunization. Must have Arizona Pharmacist license and current BLS.
Pharmacist Job Duties Include:
- Supervise technicians
- Consult with other onsite healthcare professionals as needed
- Interpret, calculate, compound and prepare medical orders
- Review patient labs for renal dose medications
- Dispense, verify medications before they leave the pharmacy
- IV Compounding, verify compounded medications
- Data Entry, must be able to learn new computer systems quickly
- Monitor inventory, order medications as needed
- Additional duties as assigned
