Pharmacist
Dependable Staffing has immediate inpatient pharmacist opportunities available in Tribe and I.H.S settings. We are currently recruiting to fill a long term open position in an inpatient pharmacy setting in Northern Arizona. The schedule is 7on, 7off 8pm-8am for a 13 week rotation. Qualified candidates must have inpatient experience and be comfortable working independently in a hospital setting.
Position will start once application and new hire process is completed. One week of training will be provided before the start of first rotation.
Job Duties:
- Provide Medication therapy management services
- Interpret, calculate, compound and prepare medical orders
- Monitor controlled substance inventory
- Confer with other healthcare providers
- Review and monitor patient's medications, allergies and labs
- Respond to medical emergency situations as needed
- Data Entry
