Inpatient Pharmacy Opportunity available for Experienced Pharmacist
Dependable Staffing is currently recruiting to fill a long term open position in an inpatient pharmacy setting in Northern Arizona. Schedule is a 7-On/ 7-Off rotation 8pm-8am. Qualified candidates must have inpatient experience and be comfortable working independently in a hospital setting.
Position will start once application and new hire process is completed. Hospital orientation will be provided before the start of first rotation.
Job Duties:
- Provide Medication therapy management services
- Interpret, calculate, compound and prepare medical orders
- Monitor controlled substance inventory
- Confer with other healthcare providers
- Review and monitor patient's medications, allergies and labs
- Respond to medical emergency situations as needed
- Data Entry
Job Requirements:
- Current, good standing Arizona RPh
- Immunization records
- Current TB screen
- Current BLS
- Processed employment application and complete on-boarding
