Shift: AM, PM
Hours: 21.5
(6 IHS hours, 9 Homemaker hours, 7.5 PCA hours)
Rate of Pay $20.00/hour
This role would be working with one female individual with 3 services from Dependable. Services include In-Home Supports (DSP), Homemaking (light cleaning) and Personal Care Assistance (PCA).
This individual needs assistance with maintaining a stable balance, light cleaning, grooming (brushing hair, teeth, shaving, and trimming nails, and bathing). This individual needs help learning how to use a cell phone and tracking when bills are due. This individual lives with their guardian in a home with hoarding.

- Monday 1:30pm- 7pm IHS (4:30p-7p homemaking/light cleaning)
- Wednesday 1pm-8pm (1p-5p PCA, 5p-8p homemaking/light cleaning)
- Thursday 1:30pm- 7:30pm IHS (4:30p-7:30p homemaking/light cleaning)
- Friday 9am-12:30pm PCA
Rate of Pay $20.00/hour

What You Bring as a DSP
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of relevant work experience
- Driver's License, car insurance, reliable vehicle for work purposes
- Ability to read, write and speak English at a level that meets the performance requirements; or must be able to communicate in the language spoken by the individual at a level that meets the performance requirements; whichever is deemed more important by the company
- Ability to meet licensing requirements of the state and county
- Lifting/transferring requirements vary based on assigned caseload. Ability to lift 75 pounds and transfer individuals as needed
- May be exposed to animals, including but not limited to dogs, cats, pet rodents, birds or pet reptiles
Salary : $20
