Position Overview :
As the CFO, you will oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational efficiency. Your expertise in lean manufacturing will be crucial in implementing financial practices that support cost reduction, process optimization, and sustainable growth. You will collaborate closely with other senior leaders to enhance profitability and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Financial Leadership : Develop and execute financial strategies that support the companys growth and operational efficiency goals. Provide strategic guidance to the executive team on financial matters and long-term planning.
- Financial Planning and Analysis : Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes. Utilize lean manufacturing principles to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and improve financial performance.
- Operational Efficiency : Apply lean manufacturing methodologies to streamline financial operations, improve financial processes, and enhance efficiency. Collaborate with operations and production teams to integrate financial and operational strategies.
- Risk Management : Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Reporting and Compliance : Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports to the board, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and lean thinking within the finance department.
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, auditors, and other external stakeholders regarding financial matters. Maintain strong relationships and communicate financial performance and strategy effectively.
- Cost Management : Implement lean principles to monitor and manage operational costs. Drive initiatives to reduce waste, optimize resource utilization, and enhance organizational cost-effectiveness.

Experience :
Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a CFO position. Demonstrated experience in lean manufacturing environments is required.
