Job Summary
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Deploy Surveillance, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads. Working closely with the Sales Team, you’ll engage with key decision-makers to uncover needs, introduce our solutions, and set up qualified meetings. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in outbound prospecting, creative problem-solving, and fast-paced sales environments.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $35,000 - $55,000 DOE
- Uncapped Monthly Commissions
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000 - $105,000
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns via phone, email, and social media to drive pipeline growth.
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and website inquiries.
- Schedule and hand off qualified meetings to Account Executives for further engagement.
- Identify key stakeholders in security, operations, and risk management roles within target accounts.
Sales Process & Collaboration
- Work closely with Account Executives to understand prospect needs and pain points.
- Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions in CRM (HubSpot).
- Analyze data to improve prospecting efforts and campaign effectiveness.
- Contribute to strategy discussions and help refine outreach messaging as industry trends evolve.
What You Need to Succeed
- 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage executives.
- Experience selling technology, SaaS, security, or surveillance solutions is a plus.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and qualify business opportunities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, high-growth environment and contribute to team success.
- Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM.
- Experience using AI as a sales tool is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
