Deployed Services, a veteran-owned business, serves as a dedicated strategic partner to government and other clients. We provide professional services that help transform lives, from direct care to specialized facilities and logistical support. To meet our clients’ needs, Deployed Services operates 24 hours/365 days and will require the flexibility to work additional hours nights, weekends, and holidays.
The Field Site Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations and managing field service personnel to ensure seamless coordination and execution of project deliverables meet quality standards.
Essential Functions:
- Establish and maintain employee excellence through close communication with leaders of functional groups at site locations
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying and addressing any deviations and/or potential risks
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols as they pertain to the assigned area of work
- Complete regular inspections of output and act appropriately based on the results of the quality inspections
- Work with the Training department to ensure all associates are properly trained and can perform their duties effectively with a focus on long-term retention
- Partner with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team members to ensure employees maintain a safe work environment by enforcing the company’s safety, recognition, and training program
- Work closely with sub-contractors and installation teams, ensuring accurate and timely completion of each project
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices, identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and strong knowledge of ADP
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Ability to think creatively and mobilize resources as necessary
- Collaborative style with strong influencing skills
- Strong problem-solving, time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Must have integrity, credibility, and commitment to organizational values
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in facilities operations management, business management, or related field or any equivalent combination of relevant education, skills, training, and experience
- 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a CBP setting or similar environment, working with a diverse population
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS)
- Must pass a motor vehicle record check, as well as an employer and government background check (e-QIP or eAPP), after accepting a conditional offer of employment
