What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Counsel position at Deposco?
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to manage our contract processes and agreements. This individual will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing a variety of contracts, including sales contracts, vendor contracts, and software licenses.
