We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join DCIs team as a Financial Systems Analyst - ERP. In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for administration, configuration, and support for our Financial Systems. Supporting the Organization's Financial Transformation projects as a key resource.
- Work with users and collaborators to identify and understand problems and processes to determine solutions.
- Support systems Integrations
- Ensure the security of the finance systems and associated data.
- Create procedures for support staff to follow to fix or repair daily issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, upgrades, and system integrations.
- Perform system testing, system upgrade deployment and end user client training.
What you will need
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Accounting, or other relevant field of study is required
- 5 years of Smart Connect experience
- Familiarity with supporting Financial Systems
- Familiarity with a variety Programming and scripting languages
- Understanding of system security.
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced technical and analytical skills.
- Able to define, create and compete project deliverables with minimal guidance
- Able to translate technical knowledge into actionable direction.
