This role is part of our Managed Services team based in the Netherlands. We combine our skills in developing future-ready technical solutions with our expertise in creating beautiful designs to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Gant, Inter Milan, bol.com and Just Eat Takeaway.
JOB PURPOSE
As Data-driven UX Designer in our Managed Services team, you play an important role in achieving customer growth. You help our clients maximize their potential by creating user-centric strategies that drive results. You are a UX designer in essence, but are able to move freely between high-level data analysis and high-fidelity solution design. On top of that, you have a knack for e-commerce and a passion for helping clients make their performance targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use data, research, A / B testing, and analytics to identify opportunities in client platforms and products;
- Develop and present optimisation plans, hypotheses and experiments that drive business growth;
- Measure UX and CRO impact, report outcomes, and recommend next steps;
- Design UX features ready for development;
- Stay up-to-date with UX trends, eCommerce benchmarks and best practices.
