Please note, that we do not currently offer relocation support of any kind at this time.About YouAs a Paid Search Specialist, eCommerce, you will demonstrate the ability to report and optimize client marketing campaigns within the Amazon retail media network, specifically within the Amazon PPC platform. You will play an essential role on client teams to build and execute large-scale campaigns and tests that deliver on our strategy for the client. You will deliver reporting, insights and projects in a timely manner and within budget plans supporting the team with flawless execution. You will also make recommendations on the alignment with Amazon and other retail media platforms and work closely with our internal teams to drive success for our clients.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch across platforms like Amazon, Walmart and Target.Set up and monitor retail advertising strategy.Update, monitor, and communicate daily budget pacing and high level campaign performanceOrganize large volumes of data for insights and strategic storytelling in Excel and / or Google SheetsDemonstrate consistent time management skills, namely the ability to balance workload independently and prioritize based on impact & urgency. Hits project deadlines and communicates when it isn’t possible.Grow a thorough understanding of paid search, constantly embodying a “forever student” mentality.QUALIFICATIONS2-3 years of experience in eCommerce / Amazon AdsPrior campaign management experience in Amazon Paid Search requiredFamiliarity with Amazon Vendor / Seller Central is preferredExperience owning reporting, pacing, and client performance summariesAbility to lead client engagements with a consultative approach to grow existing and new businessComfort with advanced functions in Excel and / or Google Sheets functionsMust possess proactivity, creativity, and enthusiasm; demonstrating you’re eager to roll up your sleeves and be hands on, learn, and grow your knowledge of eCommerce advertising.An exceptional eye for detailLove for working with numbers and uncovering trendsWHAT DO WE OFFER?We are a collaborative, open-door, best-idea-wins environment that fosters personal and company growth and has fun doing it. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling.
