Job Duties

• Demonstrated progressive professional experience in the management and administration of a Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech department preferably in a Hospital/Nursing facility.
• Experience providing staff supervision, management, and coordination.
• Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities in providing therapy to those with behavioral health disorders, neurocognitive disorders, or intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
• Effective communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and excellent planning and organizational skills

Minimum Qualifications

• Licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia to practice as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist.
• Experience in a supervisor position in a Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Department.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college or university
